Our Ordering Process
Self-Collection and Delivery
You can opt for self-collection at our store located at 28 Cavan Road, Singapore 209855, available daily from 9 am to 5 pm, between 20th January and 9th February. If you prefer the convenience of delivery, we offer services starting from $12, with various options at checkout.
Enjoy complimentary delivery for orders over $150. Please note that delivery isn't available on Mondays, and certain areas like Sentosa and MBS have additional surcharges, while Tuas is excluded.
Bulk Orders
For larger gatherings or corporate events, contact us directly for bulk orders. Our team is ready to assist you in meeting your festive needs hassle-free.
Important Information
Remember, changes in delivery details require a lead time of 3 working days, and last-minute alterations may incur additional charges. Upon delivery, a 10-minute waiting period is applicable if the recipient cannot be contacted.
Following this, the items may be left in a secure location near the door. Responsibility for checking the order upon delivery lies with the recipient, and disputes over damage are not entertained after 30 minutes of delivery or collection.
