To ensure the right blend of love and craftsmanship in your customised cake, our bakers will need adequate time to bring your vision to life. We kindly request that you place your cake delivery orders at least 7 working days in advance to ensure we meet every detail of your ideal custom-made cake.
Can I request a specific theme or design for my customised cake?
Absolutely! Afters Bakery delights in turning your ideas into edible art. Share your theme or design, and watch as we craft a personalised cake that truly reflects your creative vision for your special occasion.
Are there any limitations on flavours for customised cakes?
Our customised cakes are based on existing recipes in our cake menu, including family favourites like Belgian Chocolate Fudge and Vanilla Strawberry, as well as gourmet flavours such as Pandan Gula Melaka Coconut or Salted Caramel. Send us your customised cake order request, and we’ll get back to you if the flavours you want are available!
What sizes are available for customised cakes?
Our custom-made cakes can accommodate parties big and small. For more private gatherings, you can choose a 5” cake that serves 4 to 10 people. Ordering a corporate cake order? Our cakes can serve up to 50 people with our 11” cake option. Tiered cakes for grand celebrations can even serve 150 people if you go for our 3-tier, 11” cake option.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies in customised cakes?
We understand that our consumers may have various dietary preferences. However, we would like to stress that our products may contain gluten, eggs, and dairy, even if our description does not specify them as an ingredient. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. For other allergens like nuts or berries, simply include the ingredients you would like to be left out in your customised cake order. We seek your understanding that we are however unable to advise on whether or not a particular ingredient is or could be an allergen generally, and for such enquiries, we encourage you to seek a medical opinion.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Making a customised cake is a special moment in and of itself, and we at Afters Bakery understand that plans may change. If you need to modify your cake design, reach out to us with your changes at least 7 working days before your event, as we will have already started preparations for your order by then.
