Self-Collection & Delivery

• Self-collection location: 18 Kim Chuan Terrace, #02-02 Apex Foodworks, Singapore 537040.
• We deliver islandwide, every day. Options available: 
  
  • Standard delivery (choose between 9:00 am to 2:00 pm OR 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm): $20
  • Specific 1-hour timeslot: $35
• Seven (7) calendar days’ notice is required for changes in delivery or self-collection date, delivery address, or timeslot. Additional charges may apply, depending on the required changes.
• Kindly ensure that there is someone available at the delivery address during the entirety of your selected delivery timeslot. Our courier partners will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes, during which they will attempt to contact the sender and/or recipient. A re-delivery fee will apply, in the event one is required.
• When products are delivered, the recipient is fully responsible for checking that the items received are correct, complete, and in good condition. We will not be liable for any damage if not raised to us immediately.
• When collecting the products in-store, the person collecting is fully responsible for ensuring that the details of the cake order are correct. We will not be liable for any damage once the items have left our premises.
